Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of the session in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be subject to a vet/doctor certificate.
Unmounted sessions, such as pony care evenings, cannot be refunded after bookings close.
Please remember that all rallies are organised by volunteers, and are run on a not for profit basis by the pony club. A considerable amount of effort goes into hiring facilities, booking instructors and organising groups. Members transport is their own responsibility, and if you are hiring, should be arranged prior to booking a rally.
Refunds
If you require a refund please email treasurer.garth@pcuk.org with 'Refund' as the email title. We need your bank details, name of member and pony, rally details, date and reason for cancellation.
Please allow up to ten working days for refunds.
