Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of the session in order to qualify for a refund. After this date, substitutions can be made if anyone suitable is on the waiting list, but where there is no suitable substitution available a refund will be subject to a vet/doctor certificate.
Unmounted sessions, such as pony care evenings, cannot be refunded after bookings close.
Please remember that all rallies are organised by volunteers, and are run on a not for profit basis by the pony club. A considerable amount of effort goes into hiring facilities, booking instructors and organising groups.
If you require a refund please email email@example.com with 'Refund' as the email title. We need your bank details, name of member and pony, rally details, date and reason for cancellation.
Please allow up to ten working days for refunds.
